1. How long does shipping take? When will my order been dispatched?
Yozma IN 10 ebikes are shipped from our Toronto and Vancouver warehouse, and delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
2. What if the package is broken/missing?
Due to FedEx's failure to deliver the bike as required during transportation, parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures via support@yozmasport.com, we will solve it for you.
3. Can I return my order for personal reasons ?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging.For specific fees, please click HERE.

The Yozma IN 10 reaches up to 32KM/H in the third speed mode.
The 48V/23.4AH lithium battery offers a range of 85 km depending on load, terrain, speed, and temperature.
Recommended for users 120–180 cm tall and aged 14 years and above.
With the included 48V/5A charger, a full charge typically takes 5–6 hours.
The IN 10 features a 1200W rated / 2600W peak direct drive brushless motor, offering strong acceleration and climbing power.
1. Wear Proper Protective Gear
Always wear an approved helmet when riding. Protective gear such as goggles, gloves, elbow and knee pads, and long pants is strongly recommended. Wear lace-up shoes with rubber soles. Do not ride barefoot, in open-toed shoes, or in high heels.
2. Ride Only in Safe and Legal Areas
This vehicle is not intended for on-road use and is designed for off-road use only. Do not ride on public roads, highways, streets, or other areas where off-road vehicles are prohibited. Avoid riding indoors, on slopes exceeding 30°, or on uneven, slippery, or unfamiliar terrain. Beginners should practice in a safe, open area before riding in permitted public or recreational spaces.
3. Operate Responsibly to Minimize Risk
Always hold the handlebars with both hands and avoid high-risk maneuvers. Do not ride under the influence of alcohol, medication, or when unwell. Obey local traffic laws and yield to pedestrians and other road users.
4. Battery Safety and Handling
Do not store batteries in environments above 70°F (21°C) or below 32°F (0°C). Batteries must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Do not throw batteries into fire or dispose of them with household waste.
5. Observe Weight and Weather Limits
Maximum load is 120 kg. The recommended rider weight is approximately 80 kg. Do not ride in rain, storms, fog, or other extreme weather conditions. Avoid water exposure to the motorcycle and battery.

We are extremely happy with our experience with Yozma and honestly couldn’t be more impressed!
First, the customer service has been excellent. They are very quick to respond, polite, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about making sure their customers are happy. We did have one minor piece break on the bike, but Yozma responded quickly and sent us a replacement part. Before long, my son was back on his bike and riding again!
As for the bike itself , it is very well built, strong, and has some great speed modes, especially for those kids who have a serious need for speed!
My son had been shopping and researching electric dirt bikes for quite some time before purchasing, and Yozma was always the brand he had his eye on. He was constantly watching videos, reading reviews, comparing bikes, and telling me about them. At this point, this mom is pretty educated on Yozma bikes too! 😂
Since getting his bike, my son absolutely loves it. He is constantly taking pictures and videos of it and showing it off to his friends. A few of his friends have become really interested in getting Yozma bikes of their own after seeing his.
He already has his sights set on his next one ... the Yozma IN10 PRO!!!!!

The gateway to bike life
Ordered on May 8,2026 and was delivered to my door on May 14.2026 through UPS (live in a rural area). Bike came as described, with all the assembly tool, stickers and some extra nuts and bolts. Well packaged, no broken parts. Assembly was easy. My 11 year old son (4'6) loves it. It's the perfect size for him. Bikes goes about 41mph and the battery lasted about an hour of riding (wasn't sure if it came completely charged). No regrets
The bike is amazing and so far there has been no problems
Its a veryy good first bike i love it but u should be able to connect a tail light to the back and connect to a cord like the pro so night riding is safe but the overall bike is great has good speed torque suspension and brakes and more

The battery life is slightly less than I expected.
The directions for putting together the bike are not very clear and I had to look up youtube videos to help.
Great price. Fast shipping. Ordered on Thursday and it arrived on Monday. Had a few issues putting it together, the pegs were a bit tough to get on but aside from that it was straight forward and my son has loved in after his first week with it.
It came with a issue. The front sprocket and the chain are binding causing a loud noise that our other YOZMA bike does not make. Support is not being very helpful. The worry is premature wear and failure due to this condition.
Absolutely rips!!
It’s been only issues since day 1! My son hasn’t been able to enjoy it at all and it’s going on 2 weeks! After many parts sent nothing seems to fix it!! Very dissapointed and I’m very annoyed that it’s so difficult to get a hold of your support team who only works nights!
Couple of problems with the bike and yozma doesnt respond
My boys who are 10 and 11 are on them every day since we had the two delivered. Also my 17 year old son is loving it as well.

However, the purchase process was smooth, and I received the bike within three weeks. The tracking updates were easy to follow, which gave me peace of mind throughout the delivery process.
My 13-year-old assembled the bike in just a few hours and was riding it the very same day. So far, everything has been great, and we're very happy with the purchase.
